The following conditions apply to all sales transactions conducted via the website www.soinsaster.com or from Customer Service at Soins Aster Inc.

2. Product availability
Products we have in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. If a product is not available, we will notify you by email of the approximate shipping date.
Non-availability of a given product is temporary and indicated on the product page of our website.
Prices displayed on our website www.soinsaster.com are in Canadian dollars, and do not include taxes or shipping fees.
Payment in full is due at the time of ordering. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars.
For deliveries outside Canada, any subsequent Customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the addressee.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping fees cover the cost of preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are determined in function of the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping is free for any order sent via the website www.soinsaster.com that meets the following conditions:
- Minimum purchase of $100, before taxes, by order and by delivery address.
- The delivery address is within Canada.
- Cancellation of one or more items ordered that leads to a reduced total, before taxes, of under $100, a change of address or any modification to the delivery method may lead to the offer of free shipping being withdrawn.
Orders sent via the website www.soinsaster.com or by telephone must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Payments may also be made via PayPal. All web transactions are secure.
Postal orders may be paid by cheque.
6. Delivery date
A delay of two working days must be allowed to process orders for products in stock at our warehouse, to which must be added several working days for delivery.
Soins Aster is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
7. Return of merchandise
All products developed and distributed by Soins Aster, including Bio Bella, Soins & Soi and Dermessence products, are guaranteed.
If a product is not the one that was ordered, Soins Aster will offer an exchange or refund, including the cost of shipping.
For a refund or exchange of merchandise, the customer must contact Customer Service at Soins Aster by email or telephone to make the appropriate arrangements. A request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. Any request for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the delivery docket or a copy of the invoice. Soins Aster will process the refund or exchange of merchandise within 10 days of receipt of an appropriately filed request.
Soins Aster will never sell or transmit any confidential information, or ever communicate your personal information to a third party. We therefore guarantee the confidentiality of your information. The information in your Soins Aster account is kept in our secure database and never transmitted to a third party.
We may use your email address to contact you, but if you wish to no longer receive messages, you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
